Before taking this course, you must:

1. Make sure Java is installed and enabled in your browser or you will not be able to view the course.

• The multimedia training uses Java. Most Laboratory computers have Java already installed. If your computer does not already have Java installed you can go to Java.com to download the free player (upper right-hand corner).

2. Turn off any "pop-up blockers" in your browser or you may not be able to submit for credit.

• After completing the online training, you will be asked to Submit for Credit. If you have a Token Card (Smartcard or Cryptocard) with Administrative Access you can submit for credit and your training record will be updated within the hour. If you do not have a Token Card, you must submit for credit to the S-Division Registrar. Crediting of your training record will be completed within three days or sooner.

You must have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer to access this version of the training. If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer you can go to Adobe.com to download the free Adobe Reader 7.0.

1. If you complete the training using the online PDF form, you will need to Submit for Credit.

• If you have a Token Card (SmartCard or Cryptocard) with Administrative Access you can submit for credit and your training record will be updated within the hour. If you do not have a Token Card, you must submit for credit to the S-Division Registrar.

2. If you complete the training after printing out the PDF into a booklet and reading it offline you will need to complete the affidavit at the end of the booklet and FAX or mail it into the listed phone number or postal address. Crediting of your training record in this manner may take up to five working days.
