Reporting Unusual OccurrencesImmediately report any anomalies, oddities, or unauthorized changes to your OCSR and manager. Document everything that happened to your system and/or files before and during the occurrence. If you are uncertain whether or not to report something, err on the side of caution and report it. If your OCSR cannot be reached, contact the Cyber Security Team at 665-1795 or page them at 104-4055. Do NOT discuss the incident over the phone. Simply report to your OCSR that there might be a problem and request a meeting. |
